Downpatrick is located within County Down and is the administrative centre of

a notional yearly rent of £0.05. Such lease will provide for the lessee (i.e.
purchaser):

To ensure no disruption to the continued operation of the Homes (during or
post construction) and for building works on the site to be carried out in an
agreed programme and strategy;
To undertake separate metering for utilities;

To permit appropriate signage to the Homes to be placed and retained on
the site by the vendor;
