The site is located in Abbey Wood, an area in southeast London within the London Borough of Greenwich. The surrounding area primarily comprises residential housing and green spaces including Winn’s Common and Abbey Wood Open Space nearby. Local amenities including Sainsbury's and Lidl supermarkets, can be found 1.5 miles northeast of the property.
