* Comprehensive submission proposals as per the Development Brief will be requested from selected interested parties by an agreed date
* A selective shortlisting of potential parties will be followed by one-to-one interviews
* A preferred purchaser/developer identified and chosen
* Heads of Terms will be agreed conditional upon obtaining a satisfactory detailed planning consent
* Completion of the transaction to be as soon as possible following planning consent being granted
